Ezzy Eats expands on food truck with new restaurant in Shops at Rockvale

Ezzy Eats Authentic Mexican Restaurant features a menu that includes tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tostadas and nachos.

Ezzy Eats Authentic Mexican Restaurant has opened at The Shops at Rockvale.

The new Mexican restaurant occupies a 2,500-square-foot space along Route 30, near Cracker Barrel. It features a menu that includes tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tostadas and nachos.

Owned by Elizabeth Diaz Roa-Disla, the restaurant is an expansion of the Ezzy Eats food truck that debuted more than three years ago.

The Ezzy Eats restaurant takes a spot that was once home to Qdoba Mexican Grill. It has seating inside for about 60 people, as well as potential for some outdoor seating.
