Submit a change to your store on the Rockvale Website.

  • Basic Store Information

  • provide the address at rockvale for your store such as 113 or 332
  • Please Provide the name of your the store you are looking to have an update made on.
  • Please provide a link to your stores Logo on a White background so our staff can embed it in your stores directory, category, and store record appropriately.
  • just type your store hours in plain language IE : M-F 9am-9pm , Sa 10am-10pm, Su 11am-6pm If you leave this blank we use the default Rockvale Shop Hours if we do not have them already on file.
  • Type the telephone number your store can be reached at by customers. If none is provided we will assume that what we have on file is accurate.
  • Select which categories you think best fit your store for the listing of your store, IE which menu items and which categories you can be searched by.
  • Your store can only have one category for the directory, choose which you would like your store listed in or which category you would your store changed to.

  • Store's Web Presence

  • Tell us the full URL for your website including the http:// or https:// - If none is provided we will assume that what we have on file is accurate.
  • if you would like a google map link for your stores listing please go to google maps and query the location, click "share map" and choose the link option. The link should appear similar to "https://goo.gl/maps/XXXX" . Copy and paste and you are done. --- If none is provided we will assume that what we have on file is accurate or none will be listed.
  • Please Provide links to all your social media channels, so we can list them for you on our store directory. EACH SOCIAL MEDIA LINK SHOULD BE PLACED ON A NEW LINE. If none is provided we will assume that what we have on file is accurate.

  • Store Descriptions

  • A 120 character description of your store. This will be used for our directory listing so users can have a breif overview if they have never encountered your store before. This field is temporarily required because we have not had this data on file.
  • A full Description of your store and what you offer your customers. There is no character limit. If you do not require a change to this information type no Change.
  • If your store has Rockvale preffered shopper offers or discounts please describe them here as descriptively as you can.
  • If you are having issues with your information or having trouble understanding how to use the above form, simply fill it out to the best of your ability, and use the box provided above to express the issues you are having and our team will reach out to ASAP to resolve your issue.
