Puppy Flow, a studio that combines beginner yoga classes with puppies, is opening this weekend at the Shops at Rockvale

Puppy Flow offers 75-minute sessions with 45 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of dedicated play time with up to eight puppies joining each session.

The puppies come from family homes and “trusted adoption partnerships we know personally,” according to the Puppy Flow website. Many of the puppies already have homes.

Puppy Flow offers classes on Saturdays and Sundays, with sessions typically running until late afternoon. In the future, it could be open during the week for corporate or private events.

At Rockvale, Puppy Flow occupies a 3,100-square foot-spot next to Reading China & Glass, behind Olive Garden.

Puppy Flow is owned by Steve Lawrence, who lives in Paradise and describes himself as an entrepreneur who has been involved with ministry outreach projects.
