One way in which we offer experiential shopping at Shops @Rockvale is by investing in our staff. Our staff members are highly qualified personnel that are well trained. They are well versed in providing customer services and representing our brand as a retail store. The staff we have provided customers with all the relevant information they need on a product and are also ready to answer any questions that one has.

We invest in training our staff to cater to the specific needs of each of our customers to improve our experiential shopping experience. This improves our human interaction with customers and makes us more personable, which many clients love.
