Santa’s Paradise Express at Strasburg Rail Road

Speaking of adventures, you and your family can ride the rails with Santa and his helpers by visiting Strasburg Rail Road on December 21. Santa himself will climb aboard and visit with families as the train travels down the tracks.

Children are invited to listen to storybook readings over at the station, so they can enjoy holiday classics. They can even ride the Tinsel Trolley, a self-propelled motorcar! At the Strasburg Rail Road, you can make your child’s visit with Santa a memorable one.

There’s a 45-minute trip to Paradise and back, where children 11 years and younger can have their professional photo taken with Santa. Meanwhile, Santa’s decorated Christmas Trolley will travel down the tracks through Lancaster County farmland so you can enjoy the view. Every child will have the opportunity to have their picture taken.

Tickets for adults, children, and infants are only $29.50 each. On December 21, there’s a 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm departure, so catch that train and enjoy Santa’s Christmas Trolley.

Christmas at Kitchen Kettle Village

Kitchen Kettle Village is a wonderland filled with so many exciting and unexpected things to do, see, and experience. Families can enjoy breakfast with Santa Claus and the gingerbread man mascot, Yummie. Or if you’re excited for the cool breeze of the winter evening, you can take your family at night and enjoy dinner with Mrs. Claus and Yummie.

Visiting at night comes with a special bonus where Mrs. Claus reads some of the classic holiday stories for the kids! She’ll even give away some special gifts! And of course, there are countless photo ops to enjoy.

The Breakfast with Santa and Yummie event lasts until December 22, 2018, and the same thing goes for the Dinner with Mrs. Claus event. Have a magical experience at the Kitchen Kettle Village!

Dessert with Santa at Turkey Hill Experience

After a meal with Mrs. Claus, why not have ice cream with Santa himself? The Turkey Hill Experience is perfect for kids ages 2 to 12. Santa will read Christmas stories while everyone enjoys a special Christmas ice cream treat!

The kids can even enjoy making a holiday card that will be mailed to their special someone afterward!
